An opportunity to work on an interesting management consulting assignment that will: - assess the efficiency and effectiveness of current business processes - benchmark processes (based on desk research) at other organisations - identify and evaluate options to redesign the processes - assess the underlying information systems This assignment could be attractive to: - someone with solid experience as a information systems business analyst; - someone with management consulting experience either with a management consulting practice or internally within a large organisation; - someone with experience of business process benchmarking You will work closely with an experienced management consultant who will lead the project. Some desk research will be required and some site work at client locations across Ireland. The assignment will commence in late June and will be completed by the end of August 2010.
