Hi, We have a dev team of three with combined development experience of 10-12years + a commercial lead. We need a lead developer with atleast 8-10 years experience developing php platforms for a stake in the business for reduced pay on a short-term contract beginning in September. The platform is being developed in Elgg, an open-sourced social platform. We are developing a trading site/marketing platform to rival Etsy.com (which is a globally successful trading platform for craft goods). We are adapting & re-working the business model/revenue streams and are moving more directly into the food market.
