I have 16 years experience as a web developer and have been freelance for the past 3 years. I have a number of current clients, but do not have the time to seek new ones. I also have not much experience at management (doing business plans/setting financial goals). The company has a lot of oppotunity for expansion and also has a number of it's own websites ready for launch. The company has a great opportunity to become very profitable with the right management and focus. Perhaps there is someone out there that feels this could be just the ticket for them.
