Well....it isn't yet but I really want to collaborate with the right people with the right skills-sets to discuss because, quite simply, we SHOULD be taking what is all but a definite future industry and be a forefront runner, not jumping on another bandwagon when it's too late. Engineers, Marketeers, Government know-hows, Educational faculties, consumers... The obvious vision is to promote a home-grown EV brand that will create a whole new focus for Ireland, create jobs and new niche businesses here and provide us the opportunity to export solid IP. The intention is to create the initial product/brand through collaboration but share IP for progressive improvements and new products (and to allow this IP open to create ecosystems of businesses/activities across Ireland and overseas). I have a great domain, excellent technical skills for ongoing development on my own servers, but I don't have the time to develop content for Freeb.ie, a site I currently operate as a locally-hosted WordPress blog. The goal is to develop it into a resource for finding and buying bargains, but it has to start somewhere and I believe an active little blog will kick things off nicely. I need someone to find and post content on the site until we reach an agreed milestone when ads will be added to the site, at which point we will share revenue and start work on adding new features. I think one person will be enough to kick things off. I'll manage backend and add any new features we agree to implement, and continue hosting it on my own servers in the CIX data centre in Cork. I setup Sellmix.com back in September. Since then I've been working on improving it's position on Google. At the moment, it has a Google PageRank of 2. I half-expect that rank to rise to 3 when Google decides to update the PageRanks again as I've been steadily securing one-way links towards the site. It's a custom PHP/MySQL system that handles online payments via PayPal (free) and updates ads as paid for in an automatic fashion. It is not open source system/or one that you'd buy from an online software vendor. It has its own admin panel, so you don't need any real tech-know-how to run the site. I've been tweaking with the design/layout for a while now and feel that it is optimised to make money from a) Classified ads, b) Google adsense and c) Amazon Affiliates. The problem is that at the current PageRank of 2, it doesn't get the kind of traffic you'd need to make some proper money. The problem is that I don't have the time to promote this website as much as I'd like to. This is the kind of small-but-established website that somebody with the time to promote it could buy. Sure, I could end up eating my hat if I sell the site and all of a sudden, it increases in PageRank and the new owner makes a buck, but I have my reasons for wanting to sell it now. The price I ask for everything is at least €1500. Highest offer etc will of course be accepted, unless I've already agreed to a price beforehand with somebody else. That €1500+ is for the custom system, the domain name, the hosting that it's currently on and all of my help and expertise in making it work (adsense setup, paypal setup, amazon setup etc) in your name (i.e. I'm not going to dump it on you and say goodbye). The snooker side would be members only however a day or weekly pass could be bought, the pool and bar area would be open to non-members as to create more revenue. The area where this would be in is ideal lots of passing trade lots of other business which bring people into this area. You need to get the old snooker hall out of your mind this would be something different. Partner could be 50/50 60/40 whatever but i have funds and am very confident this will work.

Hi...I'm in the process of setting up an IPTV / OTT /VOD service, providing live Irish & UK TV to the end user on their TV via set top box.
