I’m looking to hire a skilled developer for a few weeks, with the possibility of long term working relationship depending on the quality of work. You need to have: Good HTML/CSS and jQuery knowledge and skills. Very good PHP, WordPress and Expression Engine 2 knowledge and skills. For WordPress projects, I would expect you to complete a medium sized WP site (coding 10-15 templates max) in 7-9 days as this is my turn around and what my clients expects... My clients provide me with a continuos stream of work and I'm starting to need help. However the only down fall is their invoicing / payment setup. If for example I was too invoice in Jan, they would process the invoices in Feb and I would get paid in Mar. This is the only agreement my client can do based on their own company policies. I’m aware a percentage of the total cost would be needed upfront to secure the job so depending on your costs, we would agree a deposit, I’d pay you and then pay the rest when I get paid, keeping both of us happy.
