Startup with existing product requires marketing person for equity stake

We are a startup in Dublin with lots of tech resources but light on the marketing side. We have an existing product and plans for future ones, but need help to get the word out. We are offering an equity stake in the company for the right person. We are looking for a partner who will be involved in all aspects. We are based in Dublin, but the applicant would not have to be based here. The applicant must have experience of web marketing.
