Hi. My name is Adam Graham. I am the creative director of TwistedCircle.com- the definitive, premier creative portal. We are about to launch a social networking AND recruitment platform for the creative industry. I have been running the business for nearly a year now, and it has gone from strength to strength. I am a graphic designer and entrepreneur, looking to partner up with an all- round web developer/programmer, (with strong Joomla skills) who is capable of making Twisted Circle become one of the top 3 European portals on the web by 2011. The back-end system is 85% complete (through JOOMLA) but there are a few tasks that are yet to be competed- ie piecing together the front end design, making sure all functionality works. I have already worked with a couple of developers that have brought it to where it is today, and I would love to take it that step further so we can launch in beta mode, as soon as possible. I am willing to offer a hefty equity stake to the right person- a person that sees the business strategy, and can work efficiently in conjunction with myself. The returns of the business will see us make an annual turnover in the region of £1.4m by the 4th year). Furthermore, someone that has all round knowledge of the working environments of JOOMLA, and other development mediums. Experience in social networking and online recruitment agencies is advantageous.
