Find People Find Skills Get Involved

I have a great domain, excellent technical skills for ongoing development on my own servers, but I don't have the time to develop content for Freeb.ie, a site I currently operate as a locally-hosted WordPress blog. The goal is to develop it into a resource for finding and buying bargains, but it has to start somewhere and I believe an active little blog will kick things off nicely. I need someone to find and post content on the site until we reach an agreed milestone when ads will be added to the site, at which point we will share revenue and start work on adding new features. I think one person will be enough to kick things off. I'll manage backend and add any new features we agree to implement, and continue hosting it on my own servers in the CIX data centre in Cork. I'm open to suggestions and other options for rollout, if you have ideas run them by me. EDIT: A sample contract for the project is attached.
