I'm looking for someone with basic web design skills for a great website. The site has been live 4 months and is already quite successful. Person must be entrepreneurial, flair for design, focused and driven but mostly, must be willing to take it on as their own. A share of equity will be offered in return for involvement in all aspects of the business, brainstorming, sales, marketing, design etc This would suit someone who is eager to work for themselves.
