Opportunity for web designer / developer

I run a small business, operating some very successful consumer websites. I also develop and maintain some website for clients. I believe now there is a good opportunity within my business to build a working relationship with an ambitious and highly skilled web designer / developer. I can provide web project leads, opportunities to maintain my existing client’s websites and offer work on my own consumer websites. N.B. I would be looking to share office space with this person! I think this arrangement would suite a freelancer or sole trader who operates their own web design business but is looking to grow their business with a partner / through developing working relationships with a similar business. I am based in south Dublin.
