I'm looking for an experienced and creative web developer to join me in developing and launching a new online service. The business concept is one which is well positioned to grow in the current economic climate and is based on a little known but very profitable U.S model. Consultations have lead me to believe that there would be roughly 4 months development time and would require skills in PHP, MySQL, CSS, Javascript and a little flash This is a creative business with design playing a big role. Layouts will be provided so although design skills are not necessary an appreciation of the role of design would help. The service will not rely on advertising to monetize and I have already garnered significant interest from potential clients and state agencies.
