Hi, We are currently a pair, a senior developer and a Product Manager that can code a little. We can both manipulate CSS to an extent, but it is not our forte. And neither of us has any graphic design experience. I've attached a mock-up of the site. The back-end is being developed in Ruby on Rails and the client-side in Javascript, with the mobile infrastructure taken care of by PhoneGap, a cross-platform developer tool for mobile web applications.
