Im looking for a developer who is interested in getting involved with a startup web company. We have developed a new product which recently released commercially in the UK. Ive used contract developers to date and now need someone to come onboard for new product/features development. I'm prepared to offer someone a share/ partnership in exchange for hands on development of new applications and features for the product. Im particularily interested in someone with alot of drive and passion for web technologies in general.
